Who we are

Perp Pit (“we”, “us”) is a crypto perpetual futures prop trading firm, launching soon, run by the Perp Pit team. You can reach us at hello@perppit.com. By using this site you agree to these terms; if you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

The site is information, not an offer

• Prices, account sizes, rules, markets, leverage, profit splits and payout terms shown here are launch details and may change before or after launch.
• Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a contract, or a promise that any product will be available to you or in your country.
• The account card, terminal preview and other figures shown are illustrations, not real accounts or results.

Simulated trading, not investment services

• Perp Pit evaluations will use simulated capital. Evaluation fees are fees for a service, not deposits, and are not invested or held for you.
• We are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or custodian, and nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
• Trading leveraged products involves substantial risk. Past performance, including anyone else’s results, does not indicate future results.

Joining the waitlist

• You must be at least 18 to join.
• Joining does not reserve an account, a price or a place, and does not oblige you to buy anything. We may change, pause or close the waitlist at any time.
• Perp Pit will not be available everywhere. We will publish the list of countries we can’t serve before launch; being on the waitlist does not mean you will be eligible.
• We use your email address as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Market data

Prices shown on the site come from Hyperliquid and are provided for information only. They may be delayed, interrupted or inaccurate, and must not be relied on for trading decisions.

Using the site properly

Please don’t:

• sign other people up without their permission or use fake or disposable addresses in bulk;
• use bots or scripts to submit forms, or try to overload, probe or break the site;
• copy or reuse our content, branding or design without permission.

Our content

The Perp Pit name, logo, text, images and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial use.

No guarantees, and limits on liability

The site is provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will always be available, error-free or accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including prices or product descriptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Links to other sites

We may link to other websites, such as Hyperliquid. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Changes

We will update these terms as the product develops. The current version is always on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
